For little people
Your grown-up helps make your FairyTunes world. They choose a nickname and things you like. They can choose a photo to help make a cartoon character. A grown-up can choose to use their own voice in a song.
You do not need to send us your address, school, passwords or secrets. Tell a trusted grown-up if something worries you. They can ask us what has been saved and ask us to remove it.

Parents or authorized guardians manage the app. Child profiles are available for ages 2–17 in the reviewed source; this is not a store age rating or proof that every feature is suitable for every age. Our UK, EU/EEA and US launch notices must match the actual target ages and enabled services.
Information about children and families
A grown-up can provide a child’s name/nickname, age, appearance, interests and optional details for a song. The app may process a chosen reference photo, generated portraits, song requests/lyrics/media, parent-selected relationships and local playback settings. Guest avatar generation can send a profile and chosen photo before signup. Facial characteristics may be analyzed for likeness/alignment; adult voice recordings are optional and have a separate purpose.
Cloudflare, Supabase, RunPod and OpenAI may process the information required for their roles. Text supplied for personalization and safety can include a child’s information; it is not correct to say no child data leaves the phone. See providers and disclosures. The reviewed product has no public child profiles, social messaging or advertising SDKs.
Notice, permission and choices
Parents must receive clear information about what will be collected and who will process it, before the relevant collection or disclosure. US COPPA-covered collection requires verifiable parental consent unless an exception applies. UK/EEA requirements depend on the lawful basis, child’s circumstances and local law. A parent gate, account email or agreement to Terms alone is not proof of valid consent.
A photo is optional in the current avatar flow; appearance choices can be used without it. A familiar adult voice is optional. We do not make participation depend on unrelated optional disclosures or more information than reasonably needed. Child voice recreation is not supported. Refusing a needed input may prevent that particular optional personalization.
The personalization notice gives the wording families should receive for those features. This website does not itself verify parental responsibility or collect consent.
Parents’ rights and children’s rights
A parent/guardian may ask to review a child’s information, correct it, have it deleted or stop further optional collection/use. Email pb@fairytunes.app with “Child privacy request” from the parent account address. Use a profile nickname/identifier and describe the request; do not attach a child’s photo, recording or password. We check authority proportionately. Children also retain their own applicable rights, taking account of age and capacity.
Use Delete Account & Data for removal requests, including after uninstalling. A request can concern one child or input without closing the entire family account. We explain any effect on the feature and any legally necessary exception.
Retention, contacts and further information
The Retention & Deletion Policy distinguishes the confirmed seven-day guest-session expiry from the remaining retention decisions. Expiring a session, removing a local item and deleting a processor’s copy are different events. Before publication, the complete purpose-specific schedule and service-provider cleanup must be verified.
