Email pb@fairytunes.app ↗Include your app version, device type and a short description. For a song/character concern, include its identifier if available. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary child media.
In-app support currently prepares an email for you to review and send. It does not submit a support ticket or attach media automatically. We have not invented a guaranteed response time.

Where can I download FairyTunes?
The Google Play listing URL will be added when available. iOS is coming soon. This preview does not link to an invented listing.
How do I recover account access?
Use the sign-in screen’s password-recovery option where available. Check spam and the address you entered. For Google sign-in credentials, use Google’s account-recovery process. Support will never ask for your password or recovery code.
How do I remove my family’s data?
See Delete Account & Data. Local removal, signing out and cloud deletion have different effects.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Use the billing store and read Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds. This website does not accept payment.
Report unsuitable content or misuse
Stop playback and email pb@fairytunes.app with “Content concern”, the item identifier and a description. Do not forward sensitive child media unless we arrange an appropriate secure method. You can also raise unauthorized photo/voice use or a privacy concern this way.
Automated checks and grown-up review do not guarantee every result. The current email channel is not a claim that the app already has Google Play’s required in-app reporting feature that works without leaving the app. That implementation must be verified before store release.
