1. Who can use FairyTunes
Dreamo Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 15597359. Registered office: 124–128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Privacy and support contact: pb@fairytunes.app. You may also write to our registered office, marked “FairyTunes Privacy”.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement to create/manage a parent account or buy a plan. You must be the child’s parent/guardian or have appropriate authority for information you provide. Children do not enter the paid agreement themselves. Keep access secure and supervise the family experience.
These Terms cover the app and website. The Privacy Policy describes data handling; accepting these Terms does not replace separate permission for a child’s data, photos or a speaker’s voice.
2. What FairyTunes provides
FairyTunes offers personalized family songs and characters using selected themes, appearance choices, personal details and optional familiar adult voices. The precise catalogue, generation/playback functions and availability depend on the released build, territory and any verified entitlement. Some development screens demonstrate a function without connecting the corresponding production service. The website is not a promise of a store launch date or every feature on every device.
We may maintain and improve the service. If a change materially reduces a paid service, we will provide the notice, cancellation options or other remedies required by law. Parent controls support supervision and do not replace it. Device-local watch limits are not guaranteed to synchronize across devices.
3. App and content licence
Subject to these Terms and the applicable store rules, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use FairyTunes and the content provided to your account for personal, non-commercial family enjoyment. You retain rights in your own inputs. Rights in our software, catalogue music, characters, illustrations and licensed assets remain with us or their owners.
Do not resell or publicly redistribute our catalogue or protected assets, or bypass access/security controls. Statutory exceptions and third-party open-source licence rights remain unaffected. A generated output may not be copyrightable, unique or exclusive; it can incorporate our existing or licensed material. Do not assume it can be commercially released without further rights clearance.
For an eventual App Store version, Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the app licence unless a custom EULA is supplied through the store. These service Terms do not claim that Apple has accepted a custom EULA. Applicable store terms continue to apply.
4. Photos, voices and personal details
Only provide information and media you have the right and authority to use. Obtain permission from other adults included in a family/friend character or familiar-voice feature. An adult speaker must understand that their recording can be processed to generate a singing rendition with different words; a general permission to record is not automatically permission for that use.
You grant us the limited rights needed to receive, store, process, adapt and deliver your inputs and requested outputs through the service and contracted processors, and to handle related security/support/legal needs. This does not grant a general advertising right in your child’s likeness or an unrestricted right to train general-purpose models on family uploads.
Do not upload a child’s voice or use it to create a synthetic voice, imitate someone without permission, or submit recordings/music you are not entitled to use. Use nicknames where possible and leave out school names, home addresses, medical details and other unnecessary sensitive information. See Photos & Familiar Voices.
5. Automated results and grown-up review
Generated lyrics, images and audio can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for a particular child. Review the actual output before enabling playback for a child. Safety checks reduce risk but do not guarantee every result. Output is entertainment, not medical advice, therapy, childcare or a promise of educational/developmental improvement.
If a requested customization cannot be completed, a supported flow may retain the original approved verse or singer and explain that the change was not applied. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, voice, wording, processing time or uninterrupted availability. Any paid-service remedies still apply. Report a concern through Support, identifying the item without attaching unnecessary child media.
6. Plans, payment and refunds
No purchase is offered on this website. Native store purchases/restoration are not connected in the reviewed build. If enabled, the actual store checkout must show price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, any trial, included allowance and additional charges before purchase. Illustrative prices or plan comparisons are not a completed purchase.
Auto-renewing subscriptions continue according to the offer you accepted until cancelled. Cancel through the store that billed you. Uninstalling or deleting the FairyTunes account does not cancel store billing. See Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds for the applicable paths and the current allowance design.
Store refund processes and mandatory consumer remedies remain available. Nothing makes all digital-content purchases non-refundable or removes a statutory withdrawal right. Where immediate supply may affect that right, the legally required express request and acknowledgment must be obtained at checkout.
7. Safe and acceptable use
Do not use FairyTunes for exploitation, sexual or abusive material, harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, deceptive impersonation or infringement. Do not submit another family’s private media, bypass consent/parent controls, access another account, overload the service or interfere with security. We may refuse unsafe requests and proportionately restrict misuse. We may need to preserve minimum incident evidence where lawful and necessary.
8. Closing an account and removing data
You can stop using FairyTunes at any time and request account or specific-data deletion at Delete Account & Data. Requests currently use a user-reviewed email and manual identity verification/fulfilment; an email button is not instant deletion. Local removal, signing out, hiding a song and cloud deletion have different effects.
We may suspend or end access for a serious breach or security risk, with a reasonable explanation and opportunity to resolve it when appropriate. Any obligations to provide statutory remedies or delete personal information continue. Limited retention exceptions are explained in the Retention Policy.
9. Our responsibility to you
We must provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill as the law requires. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or business losses arising from consumer family use.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content/services remain available.
10. Law, questions and updates
The law of England and Wales governs these Terms, subject to the mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence. You retain any right to use your local courts under applicable law. These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.
Contact pb@fairytunes.app about a concern. We will date updates, notify material changes appropriately and obtain any acceptance required by law. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired.
